Becca Weitz is a zealous advocate for clients navigating complicated and often stressful family law matters. Her experience extends to high conflict custody disputes, divorce and high net-worth estates, multi-jurisdictional family law disputes, protective orders, CPS, adoptions, paternity and parental rights, enforcements, post-divorce modifications, and pre- and post-marital agreements.

Becca is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is admitted to practice law in Texas and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. She has been selected as a Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2021. Becca graduated from Texas A&M University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and thereafter earned her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in 2013. Becca then practiced family law in Houston for ten years before returning home to Dallas in 2024.

Becca obtained her 40-hour mediation training and certification while in law school and is also a certified guardian ad litem. She has published writings for the International Academy of Family Lawyers, American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and the Houston Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.
